Feb 23, 2022 - Comments to Planning Commision regarding study session 22-220, recommending the Commision delay their vote on LUCA for Transitional Housing & Emergency Shelters.

Jan 24, 2022 - Follow up letter to Council Member Barksdale and the Bellevue Planning Department providing context to the previously submitted conditions and "guardrails" to be considered regarding adding DADU within NW Bellevue. With these appropriate conditions, we believe DADU can be part of the solution to expand housing stock, promoting affordable housing options while supporting aging in place. 

Dec 13, 2021 - Oral comments to City Council in support of ORD 6635, (NW Bellevue Comprehensive Plan).  LCA's comments embrace efforts to expand affordable housing and aging in place.

Aug 24, 2021 - Parking Hazards 99th Ave NE & NE 5th

Photos highlighting the traffic and pedestrian safety issues at the corner of NE 5th Street and 99th AVE NE.  Used as a discussion outline at the meeting with the transportation department and police on Aug 25, 2021.   Suggestions included marking the corner a no parking zone and  making the stop a 4-way stop.
